I would like to say Congrats to my friend and co-worker Bob Metelus who was recently sworn in as the new president of the Rotary Club of Opa-locka. Metelus, a Haitian-American, becomes the youngest person to take the helm of the chapter founded by the late Rev. Robert Ingram, Miami's first Black motorcycle officer.
